At Inphonix, we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

1. Inphonix manages customer personal information (hereinafter personal information) in an appropriate manner and will put in place a supervisor to do this.

2. Inphonix collects personal information only after informing the customer of the range this information will used such as the purpose for collecting personal information and the department carrying this out.

3. Inphonix will manage personal information collected from customers appropriately and will not inform or offer a third party this information other than within the range of consent given by the customer.

4.Inphonix will employ safety measures and create internal regulations to prevent leakage, corruption, damage, unauthorized access and/or loss of personal information.

5.In the case of Inphonix informing or offering personal information in such a manner as stated in Article 3, Inphonix, through contracts and/or other such legal documents, will endeavor to prevent that information being passed on or leaked to any further removed parties.

6. In the case of the customer wishing to view or change his or her personal information, Inphonix will respond in a rationally rapid manner upon being contacted by the customer at the appropriate supervisory department.

The above articles are observed by Inphonix, in addition to compliance with applicable personal information laws, to maintain and improve protection of customer privacy.
